My name is Max Beissel and I have been working at Hekkelman since 2020, first as a legal assistant in the Real Estate department, but now as a candidate civil-law notary affiliated with the Corporate Law department. I enjoy this switch. I now deal on a daily basis with activities that focus on the wishes of the entrepreneur. This includes setting up entities (such as a private limited company), amending the articles of association and transferring shares. I get a lot of satisfaction from that. I enjoy the challenge of translating the specific wishes of an entrepreneur into a clear legal solution.

My experience extends mostly to guiding and advising (start-up) entrepreneurs in regard to the processes and legal issues that are not common for them.
Entrepreneurs want to keep going. Short lines of communication and clear communication are therefore essential. My approach to work is well adapted to these demands. I stay calm, I am flexible, and I work with a clear goal in mind. Together with my clients, I strive to find a pragmatic legal solution that satisfies the desires and needs of all parties involved as quickly as possible.?
